Attention!
- For the communication to be included in the Programme, registration has to be completed by July 15, 2024
- Delegates needing a visa to come to Italy should have a look at this page.
Pay attention that it takes a long time to get a visa. If an invitation letter is needed, please contact the local organizers as soon as possible.

Fees cover coffee breaks, lunches and social activities
Accompanying persons are very welcome to participate in social activities. The participation fee for social activities for accompanying persons is 200 euro.

Please, note that banks charges and currency exchange charges are at the delegates own expense and should be factored in when transferring funds to ensure the full registration fee is received into the conference bank account.
